Love all the trumm drug locations I have always been pleased with the service at every visit.
They never have my prescriptions ready. I’ve even called and asked when they’d be ready and have been told 10 minutes, only to wait 20-30 on a few occasions.
Enough is enough, I switched pharmacies and I won’t be back!

Today I called to ask about a prescription after being seen in urgent care and they told me not to expect them to be ready until sometime this afternoon (2+ hours) because they “have several prescriptions to fill for others too, ya know.” I was seen in urgent care for an urgent situation that requires medication.. it is obscured and completely unacceptable to be told to wait that long for acute care medication-busy or not.
